Flexible braided copper connectors

These connectors are manufactured from flexible braids and high flexible braids , from annealed Cu-ETP wires uncoated or tinned, and solderless contact areas pressed from  Cu-ETP tubes.

We can produce these connectors according to costumers design.

The wire diameter of the braids will be from 0,10mm until 0,25mm

We can produce these connectors with insulated PVC or silicone.

High flexible round Cu-ETP ropes uncoated or tinned (wire diam. 0,10mm)

These tapes are manufactured from annealed or tinned Cu-ETP1 wires  0,10mm diameter according to the needed cross-section. It is used 1+6  or 1+6+12  ropes construction  to provide the best flexibility and current capacity.

With providing higher flexibility caused by using thin wires and the bigger cross-section with small dimensions because of the construction system, they are well suited into small places, which also require movements and higher current capacity as well.

Package in plastic bobins,coils or wood bobins.

Flat stranded high flexible Cu-ETP braids uncoated or tinned (wire diam. 0,10mm)

These tapes are manufactured from annealed or tinned Cu-ETP1 wires  0,10mm diameter according to DIN EN 13602 .

It is also possible to produce these braids according to your wishes. These braids are mainly used as highly flexible components for earthing, lightning protection as well as parts to manufacture highly flexible current connectors.
